Sneak Peak at my Easter Elements

Just showing you guys my newest freebie, havent had a chance to get all the links up and such but I thought I would give you a little teaser. Hope you love it. For every color there is both a boy and a girl rabbit. Just so you know.

A preview

We went to the circus Sat, well my oldest and I did, a mom and daughter day out that was much needed. Well I wanted to scrap the pics RIGHT away, and I needed some papers and such. So i created my own. I used the coloring book pages right from the program at the circus, and I searched and searched and it doesnt appear they are copyrighted, so I figure its okay for me to give them out as a freebie.

Easter papers

Havent seen much in the way of Easter freebies yet this year, so I thought I would create some of my own. These are done using G.mendez's overlay again, as well as some custom photoshop shapes. Hope you enjoy.

LONG hard weekend, and a new freebie

Well.. this weekend SUCKED. We spent Thurs night in the ER starting at about 930 pm, they finally admitted us and got us to a room at 330 am. My youngest daughter was one SICK baby, she had bronchiolitis and pneumonia and was unable to maintain her oxygen levels. She spent two full nights in the hospital and on 02. And then through prayer and modern medicine, literally in four hours the abx finally seemed to work and she could breathe. All she wanted to do sat. in the hospital was run around. Fortunately Devos Childrens Hospital has a great playroom and a wonderful staff who were more than willing to let us make circles around the floor. We were finally released Sat at about 5pm. She seemed fine. Then last night she started really struggling to breathe again, and we took her back. But by the time we even got to the ER she was completely fine. THANK GOD. We still had her checked out but she was totally fine.
This weekend totally made me rethink the idea of nationalized health care. Due to me losing my job recently, we have no insurance. We are hard working, middle class people, without insurance. I dont know how we are even going to manage the hospital bills. But we will. Because if we hadn't taken her in, she would have died. We don't qualify for govt assistance of ANY kind. Our only hope is that the hospital will have a charity program or something that can help at least some.
Luckily for us, the abx worked, and we took her in when we did. I cant rule out the power of prayer. I know we had lots of people praying for her. So our hospital stay was short. Now anyone who knows me fairly well, knows that I am not a huge fan of abx, I always hesitate to use them unless I am SURE they are neccessary, but this time, I knew they were neccessary.
Okay this is kind of all over the place, I hope it makes sense. And now for all of you who have bothered to read my rant I have a new freebie. This was inspired by what I WANTED to do this weekend, and that was the Foremost Butterflies are Blooming, at Frederik Meijer Gardens. The butterflies are something I look forward to all year, and can not wait to go next weekend. Its amazing. We were also supposed to go see the Easter Bunny, so these are Easter colors.

My hubby turned THIRTY yesterday, and in honor to celebrate his getting OLD (well older than me) at least, I created some papers and a couple elements to scrap the big event. I decided as long as I was at it, might as well include a few other big birthdays in here, and share with you all.

More mulberry paper

With the phenomenal (i know i didn't spell that right) response I received for the jump papers, I decided to make mulberry papers for both the skip and run kits as well. I hope you all like them. Again special thanks to G. Mendez for her wonderful overlay. This kit has been a lot of fun playing with. I hope you all love it. Today you get skip, hopefully tomorrow I can post the ones for run.

A layout and a few patterned papers for jump

First of all a HUGE thanks to everyone who left "love" I appreciate it so much. Every time I open up my blog, and see the new stuff, I get a huge smile on my face. So again thanks. Over 500 downloads, I am completely amazed.
I created a few patterned papers too, which I thought I would share, but only after I show the layout of my babies first haircut. Hehe, gotta get you to look somehow. I used the ABC skip kit, with peices of both Pam's and Lisas kits.

Elements part two

Sorry this has taken so long, we had a very busy weekend, and then i discovered a few glitches in my creation, so I spent a lot of time trying to get them fixed. Hope you all enjoy. Again a HUGE thank you to the Ephemeral Victorian, for their great bows and ribbons. I love that site.

Second part of Happy Birthday Kylie (OH and a game)

Guess what everyone! I had a chance to make about 8 MORE papers for the birthday kit. Hope you all enjoy. I am really happy with the response so far. This preview only shows the new papers, to see the rest scroll down for the other preview. Also in this file are the baloon bouquets I left out last time. There will be at LEAST one more part of this, as I have made some presents and a couple of balloons that are solid instead of just the outline.
ALSO if anyone can tell me WHERE I got my color scheme, I will throw in something else. Not sure what yet. Maybe some more bows or something. This will be for EVERYONE so get guessing. I think its pretty easy if you think hard about it. Remember this is for a one year old's birthday party.

Again its been a LONG time, but I've got a new freebie

I can NOT believe that Kylie's going to be ONE. This year has passed by way too fast. In an attempt to create her birthday invites, I created a mini kit. I personally think its my best ever. Please let me know what you think. I must give a VERY special thanks to The Ephemeral Victorian for its WONDERFUL free templates. If you haven't checked them out be sure to.
Also a very special thanks to Pillowgirl for her shape templates, there are some flowers that go with this kit that I forgot to include in the preview and the kit, which I will offer later, that came from those templates. I love ALL of her work, and these are great.
The first part of this is the elements only. I hope you enjoy. The rest is coming later. Besides the ballooon bouquets, I also have each balloon seperately, and bows in ever color as well.
